Bardahl Manufacturing Corporation is still headquartered in Seattle, Washington where Mr. Bardahl formed the company over 73 years ago and is still privately held by his family. Daughter Evelyn Bardahl McNeil currently resides as Chairman of the Board, Mr. Hugh McNeil is President and CEO, and Mr. Eric Bardahl Nicolaysen is Chief Operating Officer. In addition to the Seattle primary blending and manufacturing facility Bardahl has more than 7 licensed package and blending facilities around the world.

This is a story of a man who, against all odds, prospered by hard work and determination. Ole Bardahl was a Norwegian immigrant who arrived in the United States in 1922 with a total of $32.00 in his pocket. When he arrived in Seattle, he was a complete stranger and couldn’t speak a word of English.
